Privately held Paragon Steel (Butler, IN) warehouses and slits steel coils and has an excellent opportunity in a fast-paced, family-oriented manufacturing environment, on First Shift as a Slitting Operator.
Details:
- Familiarized with Edge Master software to set up heads
- Assist Lead Operator at all times with logging measurements and set 60”/62” trim
- Adjust guides
- Notify the Lead Operator or Shift Supervisor of any quality problems
- Be able to lift 10 to 15 pounds frequently
