Customer Service Representative

Our office isquickly growingand we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered isfull time. Our Customer Service Representative needs toexceed customer service standardsto current clients while alsoassisting prospects as they call in.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.
