Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings
• Collect accurate data and assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship meetings

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtaintraining support available)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Passion for working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks
