The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician supports a highly automated distribution facility by installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining complex material handling and robotic systems. This role focuses on ensuring high equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a large, highly automated distribution facility equipped with high-speed material handling systems and extensive robotic components. The environment is data-driven, with systems in place to track performance metrics and ensure expectations are clear, while avoiding unnecessary micromanagement. The work involves significant physical activity, including walking substantial distances throughout the shift (for example, up to approximately 10,000 steps per day) and handling loads up to around 49 pounds at a time. Team members work around complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a fast-paced setting that prioritizes safety and reliability. All candidates must be open to working any 10-hour shift, as positions are available across multiple shifts and schedules. The facility operates with a strong focus on safety, proper use of tools and equipment, and adherence to maintenance procedures.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
