We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on General Manager to lead one of our Jimmy John’s restaurant locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Control food, labor, and operating costs
• Manage inventory and minimize food waste
• Monitor sales and improve store profitability
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure Jimmy John’s operational standards are followed
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash controls
• Build and motivate a strong restaurant team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Restaurant management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Dependable and organized
Ability to manage labor and food costs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends when required
Focused on sales growth and profitability
