Position Details- Role:Sterile Processing Technician (MST – Sterile Processing Services)

Job Responsibilities
The technician will support the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) department and assist with reprocessing surgical and medical instruments used in areas including:
- Main Operating Room
- Urology
- ENT
- Speech Pathology
- Anesthesia
- Cardiology Cath Lab
- Pulmonary Bronch Lab
- Sterile Processing Services
All work must be performed onsite at the VA Medical Center.
Requirements
- RelevantSterile Processing Technician / Medical Supply Technician (SPS)experience
- Ability to work in a hospital/sterile processing environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights/weekends as required
- Must successfully complete the requiredVA background investigation and onboarding process
