About the Role: Integrity 1st Car Pros is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at our North Dallas location! This is your opportunity to be the face of a trusted automotive service brand, guiding customers through their vehicle repair experience with confidence and care.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the vehicle service process
- Listen to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle issues, and communicate repair recommendations
- Prepare and present repair orders, cost estimates, and service timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional work
- Upsell and recommend preventive maintenance services based on vehicle needs
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
- Experience with auto shop management software or DMS platforms is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A team-first attitude with a commitment to honesty and integrity
