What You’ll Do:
- Package finished hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related products according to established procedures and customer requirements
- Inspect products for proper labeling, appearance, and packaging quality before shipment
- Measure, count, sort, and organize products to ensure order accuracy
- Apply labels, tags, protective coverings, and other packaging materials as required.
- Prepare completed orders for shipping and transfer finished products to designated staging areas
- Ensure packaging materials and supplies are readily available at the workstation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products to a supervisor or quality team member
- Assist with general production, material handling, and warehouse duties as needed
- Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability & Consistency - This role depends on showing up, doing repetitive tasks accurately, and maintaining steady output without sacrificing quality
- Must have mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- The job may involve standing, lifting and moving materials throughout a shift
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability tolift upto 75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Great tenure at prior roles
