Career Launch Program: Program Management – Inteva Products LLC
Program Description:
The Career Launch Program (CLP) focuses on recruiting outstanding students from key universities to infuse emerging talent into our company for continued growth. The core of the CLP is based on experiential learning in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. We believe the very best program management professionals in our organization all have a solid foundation of our business from working in different functional areas. As such, we have rooted the CLP as a rotational program where with the support of your function, you will gain experience in several cross-functional areas.
You will rotate through many functional and cross functional areas such as: Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Commercial Finance, Production Supervision and Program Management. This program can be completed at Inteva’s World Headquarters and Technical Center in Troy, MI, with your final placement in the same location. Throughout your time in the program, you will be engaged with your executive sponsor regarding your career path as well as receive support and guidance from a senior mentor. You will also present to our executive staff, which is chaired by our President and CEO, regarding your experience and recommendations.
