Job Description

Within this role, ourSpeech and Language Pathologist (SLP)willwork in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at ourSugar Landclinic!

Compensation:Competitive by session compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assessments/evaluations
  • Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
  • Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
  • Co-treat with ourBCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
  • Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
  • Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
  • Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
