POSITION INFORMATION

Job Summary:

Receiving parts from various vendors in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Label received goods with barcodes, location IDs, and product tags as required and prepare standardized pack and pallet configurations for putaway and storage.
  • Unloading inbound shipments and verifying paperwork.
  • Inspecting shipments for damage, shortages, and compliance.
  • Ability to track, organize, and maintain stock levels accurately, enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
  • Ensuring shipment accuracy and preventing inventory errors.
  • Provides quality service by following organizational standards.
  • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Promotes clean receiving supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Completes reports by entering required information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Educational/Training Requirement:

  • High School Diploma required.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in warehouse receiving environment
Shift Timing -
  • 7:30 AM to 3 PM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) receiving transactions, putaway, staging, and cycle count workflows (example SAP).

Forklift operation and certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) and safe operation of pallet jacks.
