Project Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility based on project needs

Salary: $80,000–$125,000 DOE

Bonus: 7% annual bonus

Work Environment: Combination of office and field-based work

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a growing organization in the Los Angeles area. This individual will oversee projects from planning through execution and closeout while coordinating with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from kickoff through completion
  • Develop and track project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate vendors, deliveries, field teams, and project logistics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays
  • Oversee onsite project activity as needed
  • Maintain project documentation, approvals, and status updates
  • Manage final walkthroughs and project closeout

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience preferred
  • Strong experience managing project timelines, scheduling, vendors, and deliverables
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments
  • Experience in construction, facilities, logistics, operations, or another project-based environment is a plus
