CGS is seeking a skilledIntelligence Collection Manager – Seniorto performintelligence collection managementduties for routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Focus on all issuespertaining tocollection and production management, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater, and national-level coordination and other issues.
- PerformIntelligence Collection Management duties for routine, SAP, and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrate superiorproficiencyinutilizingcurrent intelligence related automation, requirements-based applications, tools, and databases to support collection, analyticaleffortsand product development.
- Assistin the development of collection plans,establishpriorities forcollectionand routinelyassistwith the day-to-day activities of the command collection management activities.
- Develop, plan, support and provide guidance,assistanceand haveoversight on all intelligence collection and production management functions, projects, and activities.
- Coordinate withappropriate NationalIntelligence Agencies, Combatant Command Joint Intelligence Centers, and Service Production Centers advocating for inclusion of customer requirements in those activities' standing collection and production requirements while activelyassistingin analyst/collector/collection management partnership forums to support analysts on collection issues.
- Advise onall aspects of collection management during routine, contingency,special accessprogram, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agenciesrequired, with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Highly proficient inutilizingcurrent intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Strong briefing and writing skills.
- Strong background and firsthand experience in collection management and/or intelligence reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination.
- Ability to perform all aspects of collection management during routine, contingency,special accessprogram, compartmented projects, operations, and exercises.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of intelligence personnel engaged in the intelligencecollectionmanagement functions.
- In-depth knowledge of SOFand orCT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
