Job Title:Field Installer

Reports to: Field Services Manager

    • Full-time, Extensive Travel(~75%)

    • Allegan, MI (with travel across the U.S. & abroad)

  • Salary:

    • The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, however starting wage will depend on qualifications, skill, and experience.

Job Summary:
As a Field Installer, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew that brings our attractions to life. You’ll work with a Lead Installer to assemble, install, and service RCI products at client sites worldwide. This role is perfect for someone who is handy with tools, loves being on the move, and isn’t afraid of heights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with your crew to install and service adventure attractions safely and efficiently.

  • Travel across the U.S. and internationally (passport required).

  • Read and follow blueprints, construction plans, and site requirements.

  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and manlifts.

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.

  • Submit time/expense reports accurately and on time.

  • Represent RCI with professionalism and pride at every client site.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Hands-on skills: experience in construction, steel work, welding, or mechanical trades.

  • Comfort with heights: installation often takes place above ground.

  • Safety-first mindset: OSHA knowledge and safe work practices are a must.

  • Travel-ready: up to 75% travel; valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to get one).

  • Team player: can follow directions, communicate well, and step up when needed.

  • Bonus skills: CDL license, welding certifications, or prior adventure attraction/rope course work.
