Pay: $38/hour

What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing community while serving as a clinical leader and resource for Nursing Assistants. Working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, you'll help ensure residents receive the support they need to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident health and well-being.
• Perform assessments, evaluate changes in condition, and communicate care needs to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead, supervise, and support STNAs to ensure quality resident care and positive outcomes.
• Coordinate resident admissions, physician orders, lab work, and other aspects of ongoing clinical care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe environment by following infection prevention, safety, and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current State of Ohio RN license
• One or more years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
