We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and self-motivated insurance professional with strong analytical and communication skills who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Policy Renewals: Analyze policy renewals, evaluate coverage and pricing, identify potential concerns, and determine whether the current insurance company remains the most suitable market for the client.

Outbound Client Reviews: Conduct proactive client policy reviews and courtesy calls to discuss coverage, identify changing insurance needs, and strengthen client relationships.

Coverage Knowledge: Read, interpret, and explain insurance policies, including coverage provisions, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and benefits. Provide appropriate coverage recommendations.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to evaluate insurance policies, compare coverage and pricing, identify potential coverage gaps, assess client needs, and make sound recommendations.

Market Evaluation: Evaluate available insurance markets and determine whether existing coverage and carrier placement remain appropriate or whether alternatives should be considered.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing claims, answering claims-related questions, communicating with adjusters, and following up to help resolve outstanding claims issues.

Inbound Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client calls, emails, and requests. Accurately process policy changes, answer coverage and billing questions, and provide knowledgeable insurance advice.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly.

Social Media: Develop, review, and publish social media content on a biweekly basis to promote the agency, provide insurance education, and maintain client engagement.

Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate client records, document communications, and follow up on outstanding service requests.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the state of Georgia.

At least two years of experience in an insurance agency or customer service environment.

Strong command of agency management systems and email software.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and kindly.

High attention to detail when managing sensitive policy documents.

Previous experience with carrier portals and claims processing systems.
