We have multiple manufacturing openings in the Winsted area, with opportunities across a variety of positions and shifts. Whether you have technical school training and are just getting started or have 6+ months of hands-on manufacturing experience, we want to hear from you.
Current Opportunities Include:
- Mechanical Assemblers
- Machine Operators
- Grind Machine Setters / Operators
- Production & Assembly Positions
- Additional Manufacturing Openings
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on position and shift.
What We're Looking For
- Technical school training in manufacturing, machining, mechanical technology or a related field OR
- Approximately 6 months of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Ability to learn new equipment and processes
- Good attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- Candidates interested in building a long-term manufacturing career
- All shifts are available. Candidates hired for 2nd or 3rd shift should be prepared to train on 1st shift initially.
