You will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure that all automotive repairs and maintenance services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Manage a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize service requests
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance services are completed accurately and timely
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements

• Prior experience in a leadership role in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Valid driver's license
