Quality EngineerWhat You’ll Be Part Of

You will be part of a quality-focused team responsible for ensuring products and processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Quality Engineer, you help maintain product integrity, reduce defects, and ensure compliance. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain quality processes and documentation
• Monitor production quality and investigate nonconformances
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Support supplier quality and customer-related concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in quality engineering or quality systems
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and process-driven mindset

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environment
