Office Administrator

Advanced Security Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team!

Advanced Security Solutions installs and maintains complete CCTV, access control, and alarm systems tailored to our customers’ security needs. This position will provide administrative support to our sales and installation teams while helping keep projects, schedules, documentation, and daily office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to sales, management, and field installation teams
• Track project tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to help keep projects on schedule
• Ensure work order reports, time reports, material orders, and usage are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation
• Serve as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members
• Answer incoming calls and emails and provide professional, responsive customer service
• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, work orders, and vehicle maintenance records
• Assist with invoices, expense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
• Help identify outstanding items and follow up to ensure they are completed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in office administration, office management, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience with project management or work-order software is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

Experience in electrical, low-voltage, security, construction, or field-service industries is a plus!
