About the Role:

The Laborer will be responsible for directing customers to unload yard debris at the site and perform other labor tasks necessary for operations.

Shift: Varies | Location: Gonzales, CA | Pay Rate: $22.00

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• HighSchooldiplomaorGEDpreferred
• State issued, valid driver's license may be required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• One(1)yearofpreviousrelevantworkexperience,preferablyinthecompostorsimilarindustry
• Basic awareness of federal, state, and local job site health and safety rules, regulations, and best practices.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Normal work environment is outdoors, with exposure to all weather conditions, dirt, high levels of noise, smells/odors and at times exposure to dangerous and/or toxic substances requiring necessary precautions, including PPE.
