WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / WAREHOUSE LEAD

Clean Innovations is growing, and we're looking for ahands-on Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Leadto help lead our warehouse, distribution, and retail operations.

This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in being organized, works hard, pays attention to detail, and wants to take ownership of an operationnot simply clock in and out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, stage, and verify customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and product locations
• Coordinate warehouse priorities with our sales team
• Prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery
• Assist with local deliveries when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Help manage monthly physical inventory counts
• Train and support warehouse team members
• Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and slow-moving inventory
• Assist with ourClean Innovations retail store, including stocking, customer service, merchandising, and order pickup
• Help improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and processes

• Comfortable lifting and moving commercial cleaning supplies and equipment
• Able to use basic computer and inventory systems

Preferred experience:

• Warehouse or distribution
• Janitorial/sanitation supplies
• Retail
• Inventory management
• Delivery/logistics
• Team leadership or supervision
• Forklift experience

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Spanish/English is a plus.
