NPI EngineerWhat You’ll Be Part Of

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for bringing new products from development into full-scale manufacturing. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, production, and qualityensuring that new products are launched efficiently, meet quality standards, and are ready for scalable production.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment supporting product launches, process readiness, and operational alignment across teams.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth product launches. As an NPI Engineer, you help bridge the gap between design and productionmaking sure products are not only functional, but manufacturable, repeatable, and cost-effective.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support new product introduction from development through production
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure readiness for launch
• Develop and document manufacturing processes, workflows, and production requirements
• Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and initial production runs
• Identify risks during product transfer and implement mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain work instructions, BOMs, and process documentation
• Troubleshoot issues during product ramp-up and stabilize production processes
• Drive continuous improvement during early production phases

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product launch, NPI, or manufacturing engineering
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
• Experience with validation and process development
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or product development
