Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious
CDL Trash Truck Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a commercial refuse truck, completing assigned collection routes, servicing residential and/or commercial customers, and transporting waste to designated disposal facilities.
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a commercial trash truck.
- Complete assigned daily collection routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Report mechanical or safety issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Requirements- Valid CDL and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to perform the physical duties of the position.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements This position requires prolonged driving, frequent entry and exit from a commercial vehicle, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Employees must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, and other normal weather conditions.
