Job Description:
Seeking experienced Warehouse/Material Handlers who are great with inventory, forklifts, and the details that keep a manufacturing operation moving!
This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting production, receiving raw materials, managing inventory, and preparing finished goods for shipment. If you're comfortable operating warehouse equipment and working with scanners, inventory systems, and documentation, this could be a great fit.

THE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- SAP or WMS experience is a plus
- Ability to accurately scan, label, count, and document materials
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate concerns appropriately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods
THE DAILY DUTIES
- Unload and inspect incoming raw materials and goods
- Verify materials against supplier documentation
- Receive materials and complete inventory transactions in SAP/WMS
- Stage and transfer raw materials and packaging for production
- Move materials between warehouse locations
- Coordinate material transfers with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
- Receive and inspect finished goods from production
- Wrap, label, and load outbound shipments
- Verify pallet labels, lot numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation
- Use barcode scanners to validate inventory movements and shipments
- Perform inventory transactions and help maintain accurate physical and system inventory
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities
- Identify and properly label quality hold or non-conforming materials
- Maintain an organized and properly labeled warehouse
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, shipping concerns, and safety issues to warehouse leadership
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
