What You'll Be Responsible For
- Accurately fulfill customer and internal orders by selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify shipments, and update warehouse systems with precision.
- Organize,stock, and stage materials to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Safelyoperatewarehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, to move inventory and load or unload deliveries.
- Coordinate outbound shipments through approved carrier platforms and ensure timely order processing.
- Deliver professional customer support at the service counter and through phone and email communications.
- Process customer pickups, sales transactions, and order requests while maintaining a positive service experience.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting activities and inventory control procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Contribute to warehouse organization, cleanliness, training initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, customer service, or related operational experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and order records.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- ComfortableusingMicrosoft Office applications and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to regularlylift upto 75 pounds and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday.
Work Environment
- Primarily indoorwarehouse settingwith moderate noise levels.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive use of computers and warehouse equipment.
- Occasional travel between company locations as business needs require.
