2nd Shift | Tuesday-Saturday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

$33.75 - $36.25/hrDirect Hire | Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to support a manufacturing operation by leading a maintenance team, improving equipment reliability, and helping drive a safe, productive workplace.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, developing employees, and serving as the go-to technical resource on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians
  • Prioritize and assign daily maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on production equipment
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating daily work activities
  • Strong communication and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PLC software experience
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Auto CAD experience
  • Experience developing maintenance procedures and tracking maintenance metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
