Bistro Associate

Earn $17.35 to $18.50 an hour serving coffee and fresh food at our community bistro in Newton. Full-time, 5 days a week, every other weekend off. No experience needed, and we reply within 48 hours.

Who You'll Serve
Bristol Glen is a senior living community in Newton where residents live in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The bistro is where residents, families, and staff stop for coffee and a bite. You'll learn regulars' names and their usual orders.

What You'll Do

  • Serve food and drinks at the bistro counter and coffee bar
  • Keep the counter stocked and the space clean
  • Prepare simple items: weighing, mixing, cutting, and seasoning
  • Run cash and card sales, balance the drawer, and prepare the daily deposit
  • Track inventory, rotate stock, and flag supplies to reorder
  • Follow food safety and temperature rules for storing and serving foo

What You'll Need
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Food service, cafe, or cashier experience

  • $17.35 to $18.50 per hour, based on experience
