We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the movement of materials and products across domestic and international supply networks in Arden Hills, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys improving coordination, tracking shipments, and helping maintain efficient distribution operations. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen logistics performance, support supply chain continuity, and contribute to reliable delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments and distribution activity to help ensure products and materials move on schedule across the supply chain.

• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to resolve transportation issues and maintain smooth logistics execution.

• Review logistics data and performance trends to identify delays, cost concerns, and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Support global shipping activities by helping manage documentation, tracking updates, and communication across multiple regions.

• Partner with supply chain and operations teams to align inventory movement with business needs and customer commitments.

• Investigate service disruptions and recommend practical solutions to improve delivery reliability and distribution efficiency.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment status details, and reporting metrics for ongoing operational visibility.

• Assist with logistics process updates or system-related changes as needed while helping minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of transportation coordination, shipment tracking, and logistics support processes.
• Familiarity with global logistics activities and the documentation required for domestic and international movement of goods.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and reporting tools used to support logistics and distribution functions.
