Job Summary
Under direction of the Supply Chain department, the purchasing admin is responsible for
completing various clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, filing, answering phones
and email distribution.
Duties
o Stock purchase orders log maintenance:
o Updating log with new purchase order entry
o Verifying shipments’ detailed updates from the vendors
o Following up on backordered/incomplete shipments
o Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve data-related issues.
o Material Test Reports (MTRs) liaison from vendor to document control
o Ensure accuracy and accountability of MTR’s on incoming containers
o ERP Business Central transactions
o Material received data entry
o Update/close out stock P.O log
o Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across multiple
platforms
Location: 100% onsite, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Skills required:
o Strong attention to detail and process orientation
o Microsoft Excel (moderate preferred)
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Good communication skillswritten and verbal
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
