Retail Sales Representative - Entry Level

Are you outgoing, motivated, and someone who enjoys working toward a goal?

Cornerstone Impact Group is growing our North Texas team and looking for individuals who are confident working with people and motivated by results.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations, helping them explore wireless products and services that fit their needs. You'll learn how to start conversations, identify customer needs, explain available options, and guide customers through the sales process.

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers face-to-face in a retail environment
• Learn wireless products, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand customer needs
• Recommend appropriate products and service options
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Compensation

• $600–$1,200 per week
• $10/hour guaranteed base pay
• Additional performance-based compensation
• Paid weekly
• Paid, hands-on training

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• In-person
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Ability to work on your feet in a retail environment
• Must meet all client-required employment and background screening requirements
