Office Project Manager

This is a key role responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving from sold job to completion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Schedule and confirm installation appointments
- Coordinate communication between customers, installers, sales, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage calendars
- Order equipment and coordinate services
- Prepare invoices, permits, and job documentation
- Collect installation payments
- Resolve scheduling issues and keep projects on track
- Provide backup support to the Call Center and assist with overflow calls
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Knowledge of the San Gabriel Valley or strong map-reading skills
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
