Sales Representative

The Role

We're looking for a motivated In-House Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, present roofing solutions, and close deals all backed by our in-house lead generation, so you're spending your time selling, not cold prospecting.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract
• Build trust and rapport quickly, representing Allied Exteriors' reputation for quality and honesty
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of your sales pipeline
• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of previous sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or related sales background a plus)
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding goals
• Strong communication skills confident, clear, and personable in front of homeowners
• Reliable vehicle
• Positive, can-do attitude
