Salary: $35.00/hour

Shift: Hybrid, Hybrid (Onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) 9am-5pm

Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering valuable experience and career growth.

What’s a typical day as Recruiter II - Technical? You’ll be:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Overseeing 10+ active requisitions at a time, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Creating and refining job descriptions and candidate profiles to attract top talent.
  • Building and maintaining pipelines of engineering and technical professionals through proactive sourcing.
  • Utilizing industry-leading sourcing tools and recruiting platforms to identify both passive and active candidates.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in ATS platforms and collaborating with HR on job creation and offer processes.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have proven experience recruiting for technical positions within industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology (must have).
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Are able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and can report onsite on Day 1 (no exceptions).
