TITLE:Trusts & Estates Practice Development Manager
LOCATION:New Jersey, New York or Florida Offices
JOB SUMMARY:
NJ based law firm with multiple regional offices seeks a Trust and Estate Practice Development Managerwith Five (5+)years of experience to join our New Jersey, New York or Florida offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients
- Keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process,
- Keeping track of when documents are forwarded toclients, andfollowing up to ensure documents are executed.
- Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- College degree preferred.
