Automotive Service Clerical Support - Part-time-Mentor

Classic Hyundai, in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Clerical Support Representative to join our Service Department team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable spending significant time on the phone, and wants to become part of a successful automotive dealership organization.

The Service Clerical Support Representative assists our Service Department by communicating with customers before and after their appointments. Responsibilities include:

• Contacting recent Service customers to follow up and ensure complete satisfaction
• Calling customers with upcoming appointments to provide courtesy reminders
• Contacting Service customers regarding maintenance and/or safety-related items that may require attention
• Providing professional and courteous customer service by phone
• Assisting the Service Department with additional clerical and customer follow-up duties as needed

Please note: This is a phone-intensive position.

Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Total: Approximately 27 hours per week
