Artificial Intelligence Financial Analyst, Billing Functions Manager, and Accounts Receivable Manager

Position Summary

We areseekinga detail-oriented and forward-thinking Artificial Intelligence Financial Analyst, Billing Functions andARManager to lead billing andaccountsreceivable operations while developing practical AI-enabled tools and process improvements. This role will help strengthen billing accuracy,collectionsperformance, cash forecasting, financial reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Finance, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage billing functions, including invoice generation, billing review, credit memos, customer account setup, billing schedules, corrections, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Manageaccountsreceivable activities, including cash application, collections, account reconciliations, unapplied cash, dispute resolution, and AR aging review.

  • Develop, test, and improve AI-enabled finance tools, dashboards, reports, automation workflows, and predictive analytics to support billing, AR, forecasting, and management reporting.

  • Use financial and operational data toidentifybilling errors,collectionrisks, payment trends, process gaps, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.

  • Supervise, train, and support billing and accountsreceivableteammembers to promote accuracy, accountability, andtimelycompletion of work.

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and customer-facing teams to define business needs, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and implement responsible AI-supported solutions.

  • Evaluate AI-generated insights for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and business appropriateness before using them in financial analysis or operational decisions.

  • Support month-endclose, revenue-related reconciliations, cash forecasting, working capital analysis, audit requests, internal controls, and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, collections, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or process improvement.

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or billing functions management experience preferred.

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems, billing systems, reporting dashboards, advanced Excel, automation tools, and AI-enabled business applications preferred.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
