Pay & Bonus
- Base salary: $97,000-$118,000 DOE
- Quarterly bonus up to 8% of base
- Annual bonus up to 5% of base

What You'll Do
- Lead manufacturing process improvement: reduce downtime, scrap, and material usage
- Analyze production data (line rates, scrap, yield, uptime) to drive plant decisions
- Own process guidelines (SOPs) and training for new products/systems
- Support HSE regulatory compliance (~20-25% of role)
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage capital projects: scope, RFQs, equipment installation, ramp-up
- Work hands-on with the plant floor team this is not a desk job
What You Need
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Material Science, or related)
- 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume, 24/7 continuous production environment
- Experience with HSE regulatory compliance
- Comfortable splitting time between office and plant floor (PPE required, exposure to heat/cold)
Nice to Have
- PVC processing / extrusion experience
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Familiarity with OT networks, industrial controls, automation, PLCs
- Project management track record
Schedule:M-F, 6:30 AM-4 PM (45-50 hrs/week) | Fully onsite | Travel up to 15% (training & meetings)
