Light Assembly Production Associate – $15-$15.50/Hour | All Shifts

Looking for steady work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options? We’re hiring dependable Light Assembly Production Associates to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to work in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Pay: $15.00-$15.50/hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Job Type: Full-Time

• Perform light assembly of products and components
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining production standards
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

• Dependable and punctual employees who take pride in their work
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
