Precision is the promise. As a full-time Quality Control Metrologist, you ensure every part meets the mark by uniting hands-on measurement with data-driven quality. You will own dimensional verification, reporting, and the integrity of inspection equipment that keeps our customers confident.

Your impact
  • Turn customer drawings into inspection steps and checkpoints
  • Run to the quality control plan and document everything with rigor
  • Measure critical features and validate tolerances
  • Create FAIR packages and issue final inspection certifications
  • Spot and escalate nonconformances such as scratches, burrs, cosmetic issues, or out-of-tolerance conditions
  • Maintain, store, and support calibration of all metrology tools
Metrology stack
  • Calipers, micrometers, height gages, pin gages
  • Vision inspection systems (Micro-Vu or equivalent)
  • CMM programming and operation with PC-DMIS
  • SPC tools: QC-CALC or equivalent; Minitab or Sigma Excel
  • GD&T interpretation and application
  • Quality control plans within ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 environments
What sets you up for success
  • Solid shop math and mechanical aptitude
  • Understanding of machining and manufacturing workflows
  • Experience with calibration practices
  • Detail-first documentation habits
Education preference

Associate degree in Quality or 2 years of mechanical inspection experience.
