USA Ninja Challenge – Dublin, CA is a premier youth fitness and obstacle training program designed to help kids ages 4 - 17 build strength, confidence, and coordinationone obstacle at a time. Our program combines elements of gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and parkour in a fun and safe environment where every child can feel like a Ninja.

We’re looking for energetic, positive, and responsible individuals who love working with kids, enjoy being active, and can bring enthusiasm to every class. Whether you’re an athlete, student, or simply passionate about helping children grow stronger and more confident, we’ll provide the training you need to become an inspiring Ninja Coach.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the facility and follow all safety procedures and lesson plans.
  • Lead warm-ups, stretching and conditionings sessions for the class.
  • Lead kids through planned courses (up to 8 students).
  • Motivate and engage kids through structured obstacle-based lessons.
  • Provide coaching to kids as they go through course and obstacles to ensure proper form, technique and safety is being applied.
  • Update student progress using our skill tracking system.
  • Communicate positively with kids and parents about progress and achievements.
  • Support birthday parties, camps and other special events as scheduled.
  • Perform end-of-day/week cleanup and facility closing tasks.
  • Welcome customers, provide information about our programs and help families enroll kids.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in teaching or coaching is required
  • Positive, energetic personality is a must
  • Enjoys working with children and being active
  • Must be 16+ years old
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively engage students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using tablets and computers for registration, attendance, lesson tracking, and communication tools.
  • A genuine passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being among children
  • Ninja, Parkour, Crossfit, gymnastics background is a plus but not a requirement.
