Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage HR functions on site, including employee relations and benefits administration
- Assist in processing payroll and workers compensation documentation
- Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement and compliance initiatives
- Handle front-line HR interactions with employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for HR processes
**Requirements**
- 2-3 years of HR experience, with some exposure to benefits and workers compensation
- Experience working directly with employees
- Proficient in payroll processing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required
- HSD required
