Customer Service Representative III

We are hiring a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist for an onsite opportunity in Foxboro, MA. The role focuses on customer order processing, order fulfillment, issue resolution, and coordination with Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, and Field Service teams. SAP experience, Salesforce, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are preferred.

This is a contract position with a high possibility of extension and potential conversion to a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

TOP SKILLS:

• Able to prioritize shifting priorities throughout the day from people needs, shipping, orders, product selection etc.
• SAP user experience. Customer Service and Order fulfillment in industrial setting using SAP and intranet/buy systems/ quote to cash type tools
• Strong MS Office use.
