Quanex is looking for a Fireplace Assembler- 1st Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. | Overtime needs vary daily during the busy season

Begins at$18.50/hrwith opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis

• Machine operation and setup
• Manual fireplace barrier fabrication
• Palletizing finished goods
• Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality

What You Bring:

• Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Eagerness to learn

• Attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated and takes initiative

• Ability to follow processes and safety expectations

• Basic mechanical aptitude or hand-tool experience is a plus to move up quickly
