Required QualificationsCandidates must meet ALL of the following:
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- 1+ year of experience in Occupational Medicine
- 2+ years of experience in Social Work
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
Licensure & Certifications- Valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- ANY of the following valid certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate within a teambased care model to manage and deliver patient care plans
- Provide homebased occupational therapy services to patients in Grove City and surrounding communities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support patients and families through education, therapeutic interventions, and care coordination
- Meet critical charting deadlines and maintain accurate EMR documentation
