• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and diagrams.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, and other event equipment.
• Break down and reset event spaces efficiently.
• Ensure banquet rooms and service areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Maintain clean and properly stocked banquet stations.
• Assist banquet servers and other team members as operational needs require.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team requests.
• Properly store and care for banquet furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and health requirements.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

• Previous hospitality, banquet, or event-setup experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow event instructions and room-setup diagrams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move event furniture and equipment.
