Connect with prospective clients to explain policy options and identify the best coverage for their families.

Manage incoming inquiries from current and future policyholders with a friendly and proactive approach.

Review existing policies to ensure our clients feel fully protected and understand their coverage.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions within our internal database.

Collaborate with the agency team to reach our shared goals for growth and community support.

Handle payment processing and basic administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Valid Texas Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record in a customer-facing sales role.

Clear, articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.

Comfort working with basic office computer systems and agency management software.

High attention to detail when processing policy documents.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a significant advantage.
