Material Handling Floater

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable Material Handling Floater to support warehouse, production, and facility operations. This is a hands-on role involving material movement, packaging, palletizing, and general labor as needed across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and material verification
• Package cabinets and finished goods, including palletizing
• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks when trained and authorized
• Perform general labor, sorting, lifting, and organizing
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Support production and other departments as assigned

Qualifications

• Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
