Many People...One Strong Community...Join Our Growing Team!Direct Support Professional - Day Services - Seneca FallsMozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals to support people with disabilities during daytime hours.Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:In this role, you'll work in communitybased and habilitation settings, helping people develop skills, stay connected in their communities, and move toward greater independence.As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships through respectful, personcentered support that encourages confidence and positive selfesteem. Your daily work will include assisting with transportation, appointments, personal care, and routines while following individualized care plans, medication guidelines, and safety protocols to support overall wellbeing.More than providing daytoday assistance, DSPs are strong advocates-championing the rights, choices, and goals of the people they support.
