• A hands-on role where your work directly supports construction projects

• Batch ready-mix concrete as efficiently and accurately as possible

• Load mixers and coordinate incoming materials

• Order, monitor, and maintain inventory of materials needed at the batch plant

• Receive and verify material deliveries, including signing vendor delivery invoices

• Communicate promptly with Dispatch and the Plant Manager about any issues that could affect production

• Inspect and help maintain belts, equipment, and other plant components

• Complete a weekly report documenting inspections and maintenance activities

• Work as part of a team to keep plant operations running smoothly

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Basic computer skills

• General knowledge of concrete

• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment

• Basic math skills

• Basic understanding of industrial plant operations
